Rydeen Honored With Two CES Innovation Awards

Rydeen Mobile Electronics announced the receipt of two prestigious Innovation Awards in the Vehicle Intelligence category.

"Our PVR15W and MD4BT are both honorees and will be on display at the Innovations Award Showcase in Booth 83319, Hall G, Level 1 at the Sands Convention Center,” says Bob Goodman, Rydeen Mobile's Director of Sales & Marketing. Both products are currently available and offer drivers advanced technology solutions for avoiding accidents caused by driver distraction. "This is a tremendous honor for Rydeen and validates our position as a leader in Vehicle Safety,” adds Goodman. Unlike “OFF THE SHELVES PRODUCT” available from any other company, Rydeen built the products from the ground up, utilizing high quality components and heavy testing conditions to ensure reliability.

The PVR15W incorporates the latest technology including Optical Recognition of the road ahead of your vehicle, making the unit a 3 in 1 solution that features Advanced Front Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning and a full feature DVR with GPS and G-sensor, a combination of features not found even in the most expensive vehicles, all in a compact package with a consumer friendly MSRP of $499. With all of its advanced features and ability to be played back on any device, the PVR15W can truly be a life saver.

The MD4BT is another 3 in 1 solution housed in a Rear View Mirror featuring a 4.3" LCD screen. It features a Rear Camera Input to enhance safety awareness, Bluetooth for hands-free driving and Mi-Link digital inputs (HDMI/MHL) for connection to a Smartphone (Android or iOS), all without sacrificing picture quality through the high definition WGVA screen. While connected, the MD4BT screen displays the connected Smartphone's screen output for convenient and safe viewing, therefore avoiding driver distraction. The MD4BT employs a proximity sensor for activating commands by hand motion and voice commands such as SIRI and Google Now. It also can playback audio from a microSD (not included) through the line-out option to hear sound from car speakers. MSRP is $299.
