Maxxsonics USA is now better equipped to enhance its Quality Management System

Libertyville, Ill. – ISO 9001 Certification involves certifying company department processes from the Master organization flow chart, down to the individual processes, and even to their respective forms and outputs.

Through non-conformity and corrective action documentation, the company is now better equipped to enhance its Quality Management System (QMS), quality policy, quality objectives, and continual improvements. In addition, ISO 9001 Certification also promotes interdepartmental crossfunctionality in regards to communication and job responsibilities, as well as encourages Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) within its master flow chart and quality planning process. APQP drives the Plan-Do-Check-Act procedure advancing the checks and balances (2-step verifications) within the organization.
