Auburn Hills, Mich. (Jan. 11, 2024) – Alps Alpine North America, Inc. (“Alpine”) completes the Alpine Status Sound System with two new subwoofers available in a 12” (HDZ-W12) and 10” (HDZ-W10) size.

Launched in 2023 as a trickle-down line from the Ultra-High-Resolution AlpineF#1Status system, Alpine Status features the highest quality construction and materials that when used as a complete system achieves an industry-defying standard of 192kHz/24bit High-Resolution Playback.
Redefining Premium Audio
The Alpine Status Subwoofers feature a pulp-mica cone with triple-stacked Strontium Ferrite magnets and Alpine proprietary HAMR (High-Amplitude Multi-Roll) Surround for high-powered bass performance.
At the heart of the subwoofers are dual progressive spiders that center the 65mm voice coil for tighter and more controlled bass response. A carbon fiber dust cap protects the voice coil and offers a premium finish on the subwoofer face.
Housed in a cast aluminum frame and topped with a mesh grille and aluminum trim ring, the subwoofers ensure a high-quality, uninterrupted performance with a premium finish that will compliment any sound system.
The Alpine Status Subwoofers will be available in Spring 2024 at $799.95 for the 12” HDZ-W12 and $749.95 for the 10” HDZ-W10 and can be purchased at Alpine Authorized retailers and Preferred Online Stores. Please check the store locator on www.alpine-usa.com for details.
