KA2420DDB and KA2418DDB both feature:

DASH KITS
These new Custom Kit, Factory Fit dash kits from Scosche allow for easy installation of an aftermarket head unit, according to the company. When combined with other Scosche installation components like interfaces, harnesses, antenna adapters, speakers and sound system hardware, provide a total vehicle car audio solution.
SPEAKER ADAPTERS
