The new 99-3308G kit is the follow-up to the 99-3307 kit, which previously only worked in vehicles with a factory monochrome screen. The new 99-3308G allows for radio replacement yet retains the factory color screen so the factory climate information and driver customization menus are accessible.

DECEMBER 2016: HOLLY HILL, FL – Metra has announced a touch screen dash kit for Chrysler Pacifica with the new Turbo Touch 99-6543HG dash kit for the installation of DIN and DDIN radios. The kit features an integrated 4.3-inch touchscreen, and buttons that retain all climate and vehicle customization functions that would normally be lost after removing a factory radio. This design with multiple panels provides space for both a DDIN radio, and the 4.3-inch touchscreen.

This patent pending design for a touchscreen-based vehicle interface also retains the factory safety features, including the backup camera and sensors, tire pressure, and trip data. Metra's TurboTactile™ kits feature easy-to-use rotary knobs with LCD status displays for temperature and fan speed. Additional factory-style hard buttons have laser-etched graphics to adjust the factory single-zone climate control systems. The buttons control features that are normally lost after removing the factory radio. DECEMBER 2016: HOLLY HILL, FL – Metra is first to bring specialty replacement dash kit solutions to the aftermarket industry for multiple popular Chrysler applications, including the Dodge Durango & Dakota, the Dodge Caravan & Town and Country, as well as the Jeep Wrangler.

These specialty kits are designed as either an entire radio panel replacement, or conversion kit, for the fitment of a modern DDIN radio in applications that would otherwise not have space for a modern DDIN radio. The need to custom fabricate/fiberglass and paint in order to deliver a DDIN solution is eliminated by the kit.

The 95-6542B is the solution for the Dodge Durango 2001-2003 and Dodge Dakota 2001–2004. This kit includes templates for the dash modifications required to modify the factory dash panel.

The 95-6539B for the Dodge Caravan and Town & Country model years 2001-2007 allows for the installation of a DDIN radio through replacement of the factory radio panel. Blank plates and stickers are included to accommodate multiple trim levels. Most importantly, no custom work or cutting of the factory bezel is required.

The slim fit is ideal for installation into tight applications when additional off-road lighting is desired, without the need for an obtrusive or large lightbar system.

The Dual Row Lightbar Series (DL-DR) features a combination of 90 degree flood and 8 degree spot beam patterns, and is available in 7 different lengths, from 8 inches to 52 inches. They are constructed of black die-cast aluminum, stainless steel hardware, a polycarbonate lens and integrated-epoxy encapsulated electronics. These lightbars are rated IP67 and have a military breather port that allows moisture to escape and eliminate fogging. This is one of the largest Jeep only events in the area, running from April 25 - 30, 2017. About the AX-DSP

Axxess launched a new Digital Signal Processor (AX-DSP) this summer, as an all-in-one vehicle interface and DSP. It retains vehicle functions and allows full control via a smartphone application. One of the benefits to the AX-DSP, is that it is compatible with any aftermarket amplifier and speaker setup*. The OE radio will work with a digital or analog amplifier, without a factory amplifier, when adding a subwoofer to an OE system, or when using an aftermarket radio system. Unlike traditional DSPs on the market, this allows the installer to present a better, more cost effective solution to their customer, based on what they are wanting to keep or replace in their system.

The “before-the-amp” solution is designed to allow installers the option to remove the factory amplifier or to add a subwoofer while still maintaining the original equipment features and controls of the radio. The AX-DSP takes the digital signal from OE radios and converts it to a multi-channel analog output, allowing an installer to easily add aftermarket amplifiers while retaining the use of the OE radio controls.
