KENWOOD Upgrades Your Outdoor Music Experience

LONG BEACH, CALIF. -- January 9th, 2020 -- KENWOOD USA brought the outdoors to the indoor show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center today, highlighting their new marine/motorsports lineup, including new Alexa Built-in audio receivers.

The new marine/motorsports models include the CD-drive equipped KMR-D378BT (MSRP $169.95) and the CD-less digital media designed KMR-M328BT (MSRP $149.95) and are SiriusXM-Ready® (SiriusXM Connect vehicle tuner and subscription sold separately) - providing access to over 150 channels of the widest variety of ad-free music, plus entertainment, news, comedy and sports you won’t hear anywhere else.Both feature a conformal coated circuit board for added protection against vibrations and the elements, as well as a positive backlit display for easy viewing in all lighting conditions. They will also feature Amazon Alexa, allowing you access to Alexa with the press of a button. With a connected smartphone and a simple push of the Alexa button on the receiver, you can easily ask Alexa to play your favorite music, content from streaming services like the SiriusXM® and Pandora mobile apps, and more. Both marine/motorsports receivers will also include upgraded Bluetooth 4.2 and iAP2 technologies for improved Bluetooth and Apple Music radio support.

In addition to the 2 a-la-carte receivers, 2 speaker equipped packaged models will also be available this month, the PKG-MR378BT (MSRP $239.95) and the PKG-MR328BT (MSRP $229.95). The PKG-MR378BT includes the KMR-D378BT and the KFC-1633MRW for a CD receiver and speaker package. The PKG-MR328BT includes the KMR-M328BT and the KFC-1633MRW for a digital receiver and speaker package. These packages pair both sound and control perfectly, making your afternoon on the lake or your atmosphere with friends on your UTV that much more relaxing. All receivers and receiver packages are set to ship this month.
