January 15, 2018 -- COO Gudrun Fischer, COO of Audiotec Fischer, announced that MSC America has been awarded exclusive rights for our Brax, Helix and Match brands. “We are excited to bring our Specialty Independent Dealer culture and focus to Audiotec Fischer and our US Dealer Partners” explained Larry Penn, President of MSC. “Our business model is unique, and we look forward to explaining our methodology with all of the current dealers, as well as welcoming new dealers to our company” Penn continued.

MSC America will be based in Chandler Arizona. “We have acquired a brand new 7000 square foot facility that will house our warehouse and will also include a state of the art training center for our partners” said Penn. “MSC is going to create a dealer support program like no other; this will include an industry leading training project that will insure our dealers are fully educated on getting the most out of our reference “Made in Germany” DSP processors and integration products” explained Julian Fischer CEO of Audiotec Fischer. Doug Dobson, Technical Director for MSC added “we look forward to bringing the technical based culture of Audiotec Fischer to a select group of Specialty Independent retailers across the country.”

Industry leader Jason Digos heads the US Sales Team in his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MSC America. “We cannot contain the passion and excitement we have for this brands and our upcoming launch event! While we will introduce the details on that event shortly, I will be in contact with existing Dealer Partners and Sales Representatives over the next week to discuss our mutual plans” Digos explained. “We are also available to take care of any emergency warranty items and product orders” Digos continued.

MSC AMERICA announced today that they have added a new product category to an already impressive lineup.  

MSC and Mobile Solutions of Canada have been appointed as the exclusive Distribution Partner to STINGER LASER/RADAR SYSTEMS for North America. For over 25 years Stinger has been engineering and designing radar detectors, laser detectors and laser shields, specializing in speed trap protection systems tailor-made for high performance vehicles. Jason Digos- Vice President of MSC America stated- “The team at MSC is excited to offer the most technologically advanced speed trap detection system available today”. MSC will be hosting a brand introduction and training at Knowledgefest in Long Beach, CA on Saturday February 23rd at 12:30pm in the Seaside 7 training room. Special guests will include Jim and Tom De Wilde from Stinger HQ! The training will cover an introduction to the brand, product overview along with how to present and excite clients on the idea of high end radar/laser protection systems. "This will be the most interactive hands-on training ever done in this category. We are not just going to tell you about our performance, we are going to show you!” says Digos.

July 12, 2022 - MSC, North America Distribution Partner for BLAM, Brax, Helix, Match, and Stinger Radar, is proud to announce the addition of Jon Kowanetz to their Specialty Dealer Development Team.

MSC looks to further enhance their ability to provide unmatched support to Dealer Partners throughout the North American market by adding Kowanetz’s experience as a specialty retail store owner and industry trainer. Jon brings a long history of specialty retail experience, with accolades including MEA Retailer of the Year, Installer of the Year and Best Customer Experience awards. These skills alongside his passion for educating and training provides a tremendous asset to MSC’s Dealer Partners.

Jon will contribute to MSC’s Dealer Trainings and will also contribute to the new Systems by MSC product development. In recent years, Kowanetz has rekindled a love of writing and exploring new creative ways of helping others including public speaking and experiential coaching. As he closes the chapter of Handcrafted Auto Marine & Off‐road, he looks forward writing the next one and to his new roles, both with MSC and outside of the industry.

July 13, 2021 -- MSC Rocks the Desert seminars kicked off this past weekend at their Mesa Arizona facility. The inaugural training titled “DSP Live and Re-plugged” was attended by dealers from across the U.S. The dealers were immersed in DSP tuning techniques utilizing the Audiotec Fischer DSP PC tool software that operates all BRAX, Helix and Match DSP Product. Live demonstrations were done showing the power of the ‘Real Center’ algorithm, OEM signal testing including how to identify the presence of all-pass filters in OEM audio systems and the decision-making processes with regards to system design and how to best integrate to modern vehicles. 

MSC was giving In-vehicle Technology Demonstrations as well as teaching everyone about system design as well as rolling out their latest offering “Systems By MSC.”

Dealers flew in from all over the country to take part.

Larry Penn, president of MSC, said, “The whole goal of this weekend’s training was not only to educate our dealers but show them in real time how to properly use the automated tuning software and microphone to achieve a great sounding audio system in a reasonable amount of time with a repeatable, straight forward process.”

Not only were these MSC dealers given two days of knowledge and techniques that they will use daily in their stores, but they were also treated to unique dinner experience at Steak and Stone in Mesa, Ariz. and a live music performance from Justin Hopkins who was a contestant on the Voice.

New products like the Match UP10DSP, M5.4DSP, BLAM Signature 8” woofers and Helix K 8W were introduced as well as the new “Systems By MSC” brand was launched. This unique vehicle specific engineered audio solution was a hit among dealers.

“The MSC Culture is built on providing an exceptional experience for our dealers and end user consumers. These training events are our way of sharing our culture to help take our dealers to the next level,” said Larry Penn.

Attendees are immersed in the company’s culture and educated on their products' unique features

Mesa, Ariz. -- October 22-23 2022 — MSC, the North American distributor for high end car audio brands such as Brax, Helix and Match hosted 15 highly dedicated industry professionals, representing 12 companies from five different states for a two day training that has been called “just amazing” by those in attendance.

Kicking off day one with a call to action from company president Larry Penn, compelling attendees to imagine what is achievable by putting in just one more degree of effort, the primary objective of this event was to encourage dealers to think differently. Following an MSC catered lunch break, industry veterans and newcomers alike were educated on the proprietary time saving, problem solving and results producing features of the Audiotec Fischer DSP PC Tool software by Chris Van Ry.

After learning about tools such as Tune EQ, Input Signal Analyzer and Virtual Channel Processing, each person was able to hear the effects of equalization choices, crossover differences and time alignment in real time via a DSP/Laptop setup. “I had never used DSP PC Tool before, but the instructor made it so easy to understand that I left knowing how to tune a car,” said Juan Castillo from J’s Tint in Dallas, TX before adding, “I have been to many other trainings, but none have been as well thought out. All I had to do was get there and MSC took care of everything else!”

Consistent with the theme of the event and the MSC slogan “Different. Better. Together,” all attendees and MSC staff shared a meal, some drinks and some laughs at a local Brazilian steakhouse to end the day. On day two, the group was encouraged to “Cross the Line” to achieve better results and more success through use of the company's smart system designs, efficient Tuning For Profit step-by-step process for DSP tuning and the innovative, engineered audio packages that are Systems by MSC. Finally, each attendee was able to experience the end result of all that they had learned, by auditioning the two on site demo vehicles equipped with products from the MSC family of brands.

“I was so impressed by the sound of the F-150! Other DSP/amplifiers I have used always left me wanting more power,” Chris Foster of Handcrafted about the 2021 Ford F-150 whose factory B&O Unleashed system was truly “Unchained” with the DSP technology and sound quality of Audiotec Fischer and BLAM products.

Nik’s career has carried him though a wide range of industry experiences including an automotive dealership, big‐box retail, and most recently, more than 8 years with MEA retailer of the year, Handcrafted Car Audio.   

“After moving to Arizona in 2014, I took a job with Handcrafted where Jon Kowanetz taught me what it was to be a true high‐level technician. I am forever thankful for the opportunities I’ve had there.” Edmonds stated. “Now, I’m very excited for the opportunity to join MSC America and continuing to serve the 12v community in my new role there.
