Alvarez is a 30-year veteran in consumer electronics
Torrance, Calif. -- October 31, 2018 -- Original Parts, Accessories Distribution, and Service Company PacParts Inc. is proud to welcome Tony Alvarez as their new Customer Service Manager.
Alvarez will be instrumental in improving the overall customers experience, company training, technical support, service procedures, policies, and standards.

Prior to accepting this management position at PacParts Inc. Tony spent 20 plus years in the technical retail and OEM product support field for such premier manufactures as Philips, JBL, and Clarion. Just recently he was Clarion Corporation of America’s Customer Service Manager for over 10 years.
