EDMONTON, Alberta, Canada, Dec. 3, 2021 – Eleven Engineering, Inc. (www.elevenengineering.com), a market leader in semiconductor products for wireless audio for home theater, multi-room, portable, professional, 12 Volt (car, truck, motorcycle, power sports, marine) and gaming applications, is proud to announce that Kyle Collins has become the latest member of the company’s growing Research & Development Design Team.

“We are continuing to add to our R&D design team as worldwide demand of our SKAA technologies and products offerings continues to grow,” said Rex Whitehead, Eleven Engineering executive vice president, sales & marketing. “Kyle has all the tools necessary to contribute to our team right away in order to help take Eleven Engineering and SKAA to the next level both in the short and long terms. We are excited to have him join our team.”

Collins has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta. In his new position at Eleven Engineering, he will focus on embedded hardware design as well as firmware design.

“I am excited to be able to jump right in and be part of a great team who are helping change not only how we hear the world but how we experience it,” said Collins. “Eleven’s team is pushing the envelope everyday of what we thought was possible and have had many successes doing that already. I plan to continue on this tradition of innovation and am excited to see what we can create.”

SKAA wireless lets the integrator easily create a dedicated multi-room home audio superhighway with a long range up to 150 feet with a robust, interference-free low-latency signal eliminating lip-sync issues with TV and gaming. SKAA-enabled products can stream music between them, up to four sets simultaneously – one transmitter to four devices. In environments laden with heavy Wi-Fi and Bluetooth traffic, SKAA navigates through these hostile environments with best-in-class reliability. SKAA also allows for uninterrupted audio signals that are delivered with the highest sound quality to all speakers without the latency that is inherent in other wireless solutions.

SKAA is available as a built-in technology not requiring an external transmitter in purpose-designed partner products. SKAA transmitters work with iOS & Android mobile devices, Mac & Windows computers, televisions, and just about any product with a line output or a headphone jack.
