The “Core” systems represent Eton’s ‘Anniversary’ products, and are available in both 3-way (S3) and 2-way systems, as their “Halo” component driver series, which were specifically designed for use in DSP ‘active’ systems, and complements their array of highly-regarded Component systems, ‘Upgrade’ OEM systems (for upscale Euro Platform vehicles) and Coaxial systems, all of which are all designed, engineered and manufactured in their State-of-the-Art factory Neu Ulm Germany.

The Core systems represent their latest, advanced technology systems, featuring Eton’s ‘core’ technologies adapted from their world-renown, esoteric home audio raw drivers, including their unique, 28mm (1.1”), edge-damped, ceramic alloy dome tweeter, which uses their exotic, “Keronite” composite dome technology, delivering flat-response out well beyond 20 kHz.
In addition, the 165 mm, Aluminum cast-frame midbass driver uses an array of cutting-edge, home audio driver technologies, including a compact, ventilated, 32mm Neo motor, CCAW voice coils and feature Eton’s proprietary, ‘RCFS’ 3-layer, composite, Ceramic Magnesium cones, which offer the benefits of an exceptionally high stiffness-to-mass ratio, in addition to being extremely well-damped, to minimize any typical cone-induced distortion modes.
