KENWOOD will once again participate in the KnowledgeFest trade show and learning event as the show makes its way for the first time to the company’s backyard, Long Beach. The worldwide producer of premium audio enhancement products for vehicles announced its itinerary for the show, beginning February 22, 2018 at the Long Beach Convention Center.

KENWOOD will showcase its new product line in full-experience displays at booth No. 308 in the convention center’s arena complex. Highlighted products include 2018 multimedia receivers that are the first to feature wireless Android Auto™ and can intuitively assist drivers by voice with built-in Google Assistant. The company will also invite retailers to see new WebLink-enabled features, including Yelp™ reviews, YouTube™ content, and use of Waze™ for primary navigation.

KENWOOD will also hold an exclusive product training session in Seaside Room 1 on Saturday, February 24 at 6 p.m. In an event open to all retail professionals, KENWOOD trainer Seth Halstead and other personnel will provide a detailed review of the line, starting with the new Elite designation of select KENWOOD eXcelon products. The session will also explain the benefits of hi-res audio and will cover strategies for selling the company’s hi-res speakers, amplifiers and multimedia receivers. As an incentive to participate in the training sessions, all recipients will receive a three-month pass to Pandora Premium™, and one participant will receive a pair of hi-res speakers and a hi-res amplifier.

“We really enjoy talking to retailers and installation professionals at KnowledgeFest,” said Halstead. “It gives us the opportunity to answer their questions one on one on the show floor and really explain product features they might not realize are available.
