TEMPE, Ariz. – Oct. 13, 2016 – Rockford Fosgate (www.rockfordfosgate.com) will feature the new 150/300 Watt (RMS/Max) Element-Ready PM282H Punch Marine 8-inch full range speaker system at the 2016 SEMA Show, which will be held in Las Vegas, Nev. from Nov. 1 – 4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth N11839. The PM282H is now shipping with an MSRP of $649.99 (per pair).

“The PM282H, available in white or black, is the same speaker we use in our PM282HW wake cans and is designed for high output capability,” explained Jake Braaten, Rockford’s V.P. of Product Development & Engineering. “The 8-inch speaker features a 1-inch high efficiency Horn Tweeter and polypropylene cone midrange with integrated UV inhibitors attached to a Centrex® injection molded frame by a Thermo-Plastic Elastomer (TPE) surround and moisture, tear, and fatigue resistant Aramid fiber spider assembly. This allows the speaker to produce great sound output while being fully Element Ready for life on the water.”

The PM282H also features fully insulated flex lead wires, corrosion resistant gold plated speaker terminals, and a fully sealed 12dB per Octave crossover.
