Pro audio speakers are more popular in car audio with the increased bit depth and bit rate available in music now. 16-bit, 24 bit and even 32 bit is becoming more available.  Making traditional car audio gear obsolete for it cannot reproduce all the amount of content clarity. The higher the bit depth, the more music tones are available at the same time, thus having more content in the signal produces more realistic sound, more music and better imagining. While the faster bit rate adds to the detail, clarity, and precision of music reproduction.

Unfortunately, much of car audio, “pro audio”, is car audio product disguised to look like pro audio product but doesn't have the full performance benefit or loudness, hence why Italian pro audio is so much more expensive and well regarded as the standard. Massive Audio collaborated with world renowned Italian engineer, Zuccatti to produce our hi end Loudspeakers which are Kipple tested and manufactured by a Pro audio manufacture that supplies some of the top home and pro audio brands.

For Guaranteed Performance** upgrade to the new generation of sound. To get the most of this new trend pair the ultra-efficient Massive Audio Loudspeakers with a Primo series high speed digital (class-d) amplifiers. High-speed amplifiers have replaced the Class A/B amplifiers, even in Pro Audio, for they have overcome limitations of the past.  Like electric cars vs gas powered cars, they outperform much of their A/B counterparts. Their high switching speed makes them operate more like class A amplifiers and they don’t have the limited signal to noise ratio or bandwidth reduction of the past. For the low frequency, the Primo series bass amplifier was expertly crafted as single ended, optically couple design for the most accurate bass reproduction.

Massive Audio customers, or our end user do not pay for our marketing, we believe in grass roots marketing and offer authentic sustainable pricing. We give our customers and our end users: More Performance, More Value. More Loud Music--Not Loud Noise.

Behind the Scenes at audiogrog by Bill Braun

Let’s face it: this is an unconventional time to start a 12-volt company. Between the shrinking sandbox that is aftermarket car audio and the increasingly difficult process of integrating gear into newer vehicles, most companies are receding from our industry, not adding to it. Yet, there are some that are not merely surviving. They are thriving.

Audiofrog is a fledgling manufacturer that comes to the table with some legendary names on the letterhead. The most notable among them are two long time forces in the industry: Andy Wehmeyer, formerly a product manager at Harman International (JBL, Infinity, et al.); Gary Biggs, formerly of JBL, Kicker and sound competition stardom; and Marcus Yeo, formerly of Harman Asia Pacific and Pioneer APAC. Gary and Andy could be fairly referred to as “installers extraordinaire.” Both have a wealth of technical knowledge as trainers, sound-off competitors, business owners and product developers that extends decades back.

And now they make speakers.
