CLEARWATER, FL – (December 19, 2017) PAC, a Power Brand of AAMP Global, will exhibit their latest products at the upcoming CES 2018 in Las Vegas on January 9-12.

PAC informs that their AmpPRO product line will be featured at CES 2018. This factory sound system upgrade solution has allowed many PAC customers to dramatically improve the sound in vehicles while retaining the factory radio fit, finish, and features. Ford, Toyota, GM MOST, and Chrysler AmpPRO solutions will be displayed in the AAMP Global booth, number 5220.

PAC has chosen to display their two Toyota solutions for the first time at CES. One of these products is expected to be launched by the end of the year and the other will be introduced in the first quarter of 2018. An AmpPRO GM MOST solution, another product expected to be launched in 2018, will also be showcased at CES 2018. AmpPRO Ford solutions cover a broad range of vehicles for Ford with Sony and Lincoln with THX. At the CES, PAC plans to introduce a speaker connection harness for these vehicles to simplify the installation process. Amongst the existing products, PAC will also exhibit their existing Chrysler solutions. 

Some other PAC solutions to be seen at CES 2018 include

“We will be introducing 5 new dash panels at CES. A large double DIN panel for 1999-2002 GM trucks and SUV’s that has a factory like texture. Also 4 double DIN panels for the 2005-2007 Chrysler 300 and Dodge 2006-07 Charger/2005-07 Magnum available in Black and Silver, they are the only panels available on the market that trim out the radio and do not use a dash kit” says Sam Hunt, the Product Manager of Integration Products.

New Pro Commercial DVRs from iBeam Vehicle Safety Systems® will Debut at 2018 CES

Holly Hill, FL - December 18, 2017 – iBeam Vehicle Safety Systems® by Metra Electronics® is expanding their Pro Commercial line with two new DVRs, launching at 2018 CES. Fleet owners can record and store potentially vital video footage related to traffic collisions or other incidents, from up to four channels simultaneously.  iBeam’s TE-CDVR-4 and TE-CDVR-G DVRs are designed for commercial use, with the microSD card concealed behind a key-locked security door to prevent tampering with video evidence. The DVRs support up to a 256GB microSD card and video files can also be backed up via USB, offering a secure solution for fleet owners.

The TE-CDVR-G has a built-in GPS feature, which provides a location stamp on the video feed to ensure a comprehensive account of the vehicle whereabouts. It works with camera resolutions up to 720p. Both DVRs include 4 Pin DIN inputs for four camera feeds and video output for setup and video playback. iBeam’s 16GB MicroSD card, the TE-16SD, is sold separately.

Jacob Luckey of the KICKER Tech Force will conduct two training courses during the weekend. Focusing on the ST-Series of high-power midrange and tweeters, Luckey will review the features of the “PA”-style drivers and how to properly power them. The second class will cover marine audio system design and installation best practices.  The first training is on Friday at 3 p.m., and the second is on Saturday at 4:45 p.m. Both classes will be held in Versailles 2.
