JULY 2016: HOLLY HILL, FL – Metra Electronics continues to bring exclusive radio replacement solutions to market with its new stereo kit for the 2013 and up Chevy Equinox and the GMC Terrain. 

The new 99-3308G kit is the follow-up to the 99-3307 kit, which previously only worked in vehicles with a factory monochrome screen. The new 99-3308G allows for radio replacement yet retains the factory color screen so the factory climate information and driver customization menus are accessible.

It provides the ability to install an ISO DIN radio with pocket, as well an ISO DDIN radio. It is painted gray to match the factory finish. The kit includes an AXXESS interface and harness. Complete the installation with an antenna adaptor, part number 40-EU55.

The new line of TurboTouch kits use Metra’s patented Auto-Detect protocol and patent-pending design for a touchscreen based vehicle interface. The advanced integration technology will lead the aftermarket radio industry into the future.

The 99-6527B kit is designed for an aftermarket radio installation for ISO Double-DIN radio provision or ISO Single-DIN radio provision with pocket, and includes wiring harness and a built-in Axxess touchscreen interface. It is scratch-resistant and painted black to match the factory finish.
