Miramar, FL—October 10, 2016—JL Audio has announced a partnership with Bass Music Movement (BMM), an organization based in the United Kingdom which hosts an annual awards campaign dedicated to electronic music and heavy bass, the Base Music Awards (BMAs).

For the first time, Bass Music Movement is bringing a United States-based awards to their repertoire. This will not be your typical awards show, but rather an interactive experience with which users can engage through PlayStation™ Music on their PlayStation® consoles and listen to tracks and watch videos before casting their vote.  JL Audio launched their partnership with BMM through the introduction of the newest awards category the “JL Audio Best Single Award.”

BMA America winners will be announced via various platforms including PlayStation™ Music accessed via Sony® PlayStation® gaming consoles beginning December 1st.  Winners’ tracks and playlists can also be accessed through the exclusive BMA library on Spotify.

Some of the most hyped artists nominated for the JL Audio sponsored award belong to an innovative house music record label founded in San Francisco, Dirtybird Records.  JL Audio has taken their sponsorship with the Bass Music Awards to another level by partnering with the Bass Music Movement team on some exciting car audio video projects featuring three of the biggest artists at Dirtybird Records: Claude VonStroke, recently voted America’s Best DJ, and brothers Justin Martin and Christian Martin.

JL Audio partner with two of their Signature dealers in California, Hi-Tech Car Audio in Cerritos and Pacific Stereo in Riverside, to present these acclaimed DJs with the in car audio experience worthy of the heavy bass music they produce.
