The Industry's #1 Resource

DALLAS – KnowledgeFest Booth #524 – August 19, 2016 – PAC, an established leader in Integration technology, turns 40 years old this month. For the last four decades, PAC has been providing advanced car tech integration
products to the 12 Volt industry with numerous first to market solutions including the first line output converter, first universal steering wheel control interface, first multi-programmable trigger device, first back-up camera interface,
and more.

PAC, then known as Pacific Accessory Corporation, was established in 1976 by John Patterson who saw a market for a better antenna solution for CB radios. Today, PAC is known for their premium and extremely reliable
integration solutions, such as ControlPRO steering wheel control modules, RadioPRO radio replacement interfaces, and integrated-safety camera interfaces (BCIs), and more. “We’re very proud of the many accomplishments we’ve made over our 40-year tenure in the 12 Volt industry.

The automotive environment continues to evolve at such a rapid pace, and the OEM advancements we face today are even more intricate and complex, and definitely more challenging,” said Brett Riggs, vice president of Integration and Infotainment. “We’re more committed than ever in creating solutions for the ever-changing car environment to make installation of new technologies easier for our retailers and installers.” In celebration of the anniversary, PAC will be giving away products and 40th Anniversary branded apparel and tchotchkes to booth attendees at KnowledgeFest.

PAC is also conducting a ControlPRO Install Challenge where the winner can win exciting prizes including tablets, fit watches, digital multi-meters, and more. Attendees are also encouraged to attend PAC’s product training on Sunday, August 21 in room Cortez B where they will learn about the latest products that will help save installation time and increase profitability. PAC PRO Using KnowledgeFest as a launching pad, PAC also officially announces PAC PRO, a small elite group of talented car audio professionals who will assist in the development of future Integration products. This group of individuals will act as advisors for PAC’s product development division, their “go to” experts for opinions and feedback on future products, applications, industry trends, etc.

There are currently eight PAC PRO members located in various parts of the country. Members we’re chosen on their merits and their deep passion for the 12-volt industry and extensive experience with a combined average of over 19 years in the installation and sale of car audio products. The goal of PAC PRO is to help create the best integration products for the industry. They will be able to test and validate PAC’s future products before they’re actually released to the masses.

“PAC PRO members are on the front lines and understand the needs of end users and the installation challenges they face better than anyone. Establishing a direct and open relationship with these professional will dramatically
impact our products and make PAC even stronger,” said Nathan Wincek, senior product manager of Integration Products for AAMP Global.
