Also worth mentioning are the 3 new 2-way remote start systems that will be included in the 50 series product line; AL-2050-EDPB (COLOR 2-way, 1-mile), AL-1950-EDPB (COLOR 2-way, 1⁄4 -mile), and AL-1850-EDPB (LCD 2-way, 1⁄4 -mile). These systems will provide dealers with a greater selection of remote start option to meet the needs of their customer base.
The AL-1950-EDPB Color 2-way Security/Remote start system introduces a new attractive 2- way controller with OLED color screen, full animations, selectable vehicle image, and a rechargeable battery. Operating at 433MHz (1/4 mile range), it offers all the luxury of comparable 900MHz systems (1-mile range) at a much more affordable price. The AL-1750- EDPB 1-mile, 1-way deluxe security & remote start combo system and the RS-450-EDP+ 1- mile, 1-way deluxe keyless & remote start system also add new versatility to the lineup.
All “50” series models offer Omega Weblink compatibility! Every time you flash a new OmegaLink module, you earn remote start flash credits. These credits allow you to flash the remote start system’s firmware and configure all of its programmable features using our OL- LOADER USB interface and your PC. This time saving feature not only adds value to both the OmegaLink module and the remote start, it virtually eliminates product obsolescence. You now have the power to flash the core operations of any “50” series remote start and ensure that your installs seamlessly evolves with today’s rapidly changing vehicle technologies.
