The Dual Customer Service department is based in the US and consists of professional and experienced representatives who are highly knowledgeable about our products and the latest technologies, and handle the warranty claims with 100% customer satisfaction in mind.
What sets your department apart from competitors’ similar departments?
All of our customer service representatives have many years of experience working with Dual and Axxera-branded products, which allows them to handle consumer inquiries quickly and efficiently, giving individualized attention to every customer and their needs.
How has your department improved from 2011 to 2012?
In 2012 we further streamlined our procedures resulting in even faster and more efficient processing of warranty claims. We also continue to train our support staff on new features and technologies available in our products, as well as in the portable devices that integrate with them.
What changes or improvements, if any, are planned for your department in the coming year?
We will continue to train our customer service staff to provide fast and efficient warranty support to consumers.
