What is your department’s support goal?

Train as many people as possible about the Full DA technology and superior sonic quality so our dealer can build a new high end customer base.

We do a Full DA training at Mobile Solutions in Tempe AZ. We invite 20 dealers every training. Every dealer left re-invigorated about selling audio again!

What sets your department apart from competitors’ similar departments?

I can't think of anyone else doing business like this in today's environment. This is very expensive but very effective.

How has your department improved from 2011 to 2012?

This is a new program. Our dealers and us could not be happier with the results.

What changes or improvements, if any, are planned for your department in the coming year?

Do the same thing only more of them.
