Drive new consumers to our retailers and provide the best dealer support programs and tools within the industry.

The industry is transforming, and Directed is leading the way by pioneering new categories and delivering consumers to our retailers. With the launch of Directed SmartStart in 2009 not only did we redefine the industry, we exceed our goal by driving over 1.5 Million new consumers to our dedicated retailers.
What sets your department apart from competitors’ similar departments?
Great retail programs to help drive sell through at our retailers couple with award winning POP, Social, and training solutions.
How has your department improved from 2011 to 2012?
Increased dealer support throughout the company based on our Bill Of Rights to our dealers, New Display programs, 500,000 new consumers delivered to our dealers, just to name a few
What changes or improvements, if any, are planned for your department in the coming year?
Massive social media campaign and training for our dealers, giving them tools and best practices to drive new consumers to their stores
