Team Gates’ “Beast” and KICKER Conquer New York with RealNetworks

New York NY – Team Gates “Beast” Ford Bronco and its massive KICKER sound system will be heard across the Big Apple next week booming Internet music at levels never heard before.Team Gates has joined with RealNetworks the producer of RealAudio and RealVideo Internet broadcasts to display Internet music files like only the Beast can at the Fall 2000 Internet World Expo October 24-25 inside the Crystal Palace at the Javits Center. The Fall Expo actually kicks off October 25 but the Beast will be available for a pre-show performance the day before.Touting the event as “RealAudio Internet music that will literally make your hair stand on end” RealNetworks will be utilizing the Beast to show the latest advancements in Internet sound. Streaming audio files through a PC via the Internet will provide signal to the KICKER system in the truck demonstrating that high-quality Internet sound is reality at any volume. Audio delivery over the Internet is well on its way to becoming mainstream as the number of Americans that have experienced Internet radio has more than tripled in the past two years.The Beast uses 48 KICKER Solo-Baric S10L7 Subwoofers and 48 KICKER ZR1000 Stereo Amplifiers in its world-record system and RealNetworks knew there would be no better way to convey the quality of RealAudio Internet sound.
