The Technical Support Product Specialist is responsible for training on the appropriate use and installation of Directed products, and for providing technical support to Directed Authorised Dealers, 12-volt technicians and consumers. Directed is seeking a Technical Services Trainer based out of California to join our rapidly expanding Ignition Interlock team! The Tech Services IID Trainer will travel to Directed’s contracted installers throughout the country to train staff in person on the installation, programing, and service of our IID products.
