Rostra’s cruise control system can be quickly added to XL models vehicles, which are manufactured without this feature, and allow fleet owners the opportunity to save on fuel costs and vehicle wear-and-tear through more consistent highway driving speeds. Likewise, Rostra’s speed-limiting systems, available for XL®, XLT®, and Lariat® model Mavericks, are a onetime purchase which provide a hard-wired solution to setting a maximum speed for a vehicle which, once installed, cannot be modified by the driver and does not require a full-scale, subscription-based telematics suite.
